Swim Seventy follows a proprietary lesson program, with a progression developed to teach children to swim the correct way, the first time.  Through our 7 levels with 10 skills each, our “70Skills” focus on proper body position, and include key safety components at every level.  We also do not use floatation devices, to allow children to learn to swim with the power of their own bodies.  For those children interested in moving on to the great sport of swimming, our lesson program includes specific terminology that prepares our swimmers to seamlessly transition into our Recreational or Competitive swim teams.

Our program is also developed with busy families in mind.  We offer all 7 levels in the pool when lessons are offered.  This allows children to maintain their time slot even as they progress to higher levels.  It also allows families with multiple children to have all children in the pool at the same time!

Water Safety Comes First!

Our lessons are designed to teach all the swim skills your child needs to be safe in and around the water for a lifetime.

Flexible

The curriculum is for young children through adults and can be used to teach all abilities. We offer all skill levels at each lesson time, allowing a child to immediately move up a level if they reach required goals.

Quality

We teach children to swim – we don’t just teach lessons.

Fun

Swimmers have fun while learning this critical life skill. Children are thrilled to receive immediate rewards for achievements!

Goal Oriented

With our waterproof certificates, swimmers and parents know from their first lesson the specific goals and skill mastery they are working on to become a proficient swimmer for life. Swimmers are recognized as goals are met at each step of their skill mastery.
